"Clean, comfortable room in a great area at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The air conditioning was cold and quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had excellent hot water and pressure. The room also had a new smart TV with streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime, which was a great touch for relaxing at night. Everything was clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. "A great hotel with great staff. We stayed for 2 nights, the Wi-Fi was excellent, we had a great check in. Breakfast was top notch. Pool was clean and when we stayed no one else was around. You had hammocks and plenty of sun beds. Good restaurants close by, and the area felt very safe. The front desk booked our taxi back to the airport for a great price, was cheaper than uber and the vehicle was in great condition. If you're going to use a hotel in San Salvador I would recommend this without...

"This property advertised an spa, and pool as their default photo, but in fact it was not accessible. The entire bottom section of the hotel was under construction with loud noises in the morning, and afternoon. Also want to mention that my toilet was broken upon arrival, and there was no seat. The service worker acted like it was normal to not have a toilet seat, and said that they would fix it the next day. I had to talk to the manager to get them to bring someone to come fix the toilet at 11pm...
