I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. Room was not worth the price. Shower was not the best. The day before we stay in the Hyatt in downtown, that was way better hotel by far. VERY disappointment experience."

"The Hotel is very nice and in a very modern area. Close to it you can find tons of restaurants, pharmacies, malls and other options to shop. It is very clean. I must say, male staff members provide a better and kinder attention. The breakfast is very good too. I would definitely stay there again."
