"Staff extremely friendly. Only negative I can say is the rooms weren’t very cool. Of course, it was a heat wave. No room service while we were there. But it was fun to have a pool to cool off with and waiters who knew which drink to bring you before you even ordered."

"My husband and I booked this hotel mainly for the rooftop pool as it was over 100 degrees in NYC that day. We get to the hotel after walking a mile in the scorching heat and we were told the pool was closed for a private event. We were told we can pay to use it for an additional $120 after we paid for the room which was $300. Extremely unhappy."

"Beautiful hotel in an ideal location."

"We just had a short stay at The Dominick to go into Manhattan for the 4th of July. The hotel is in a fantastic location in SoHo with beautiful views ( esp from the higher floors). Our check in was very smooth…the staff was very helpful with parking ( they even suggested we park on the street since it was a holiday which saved us $125), bags and even had a great room ready for us early. We enjoyed our massages in the spa and used the fitness center. Our room was lovely and had a perfect view...

"This was my 4th stay after about 15 years. Looked a little “worn” unfortunately. The mattresses and pillows were terrible. Pretty loud in the hallways bec the guest room doors close loudly. But the location is great, near Chelsea Mkt, subway on corner. The rooftop bar is awesome. Great view & dj. Friendly staff."
