"We got this hotel just to be close to the airport. It was perfect for one night. We checked in late and left early so didn’t get to use any of the amenities or have breakfast, but the AC works great. Staff brought bags turbo lobby for us, but we had to bring them to the rooms ourselves."

"This was a gem of a hotel and the location was fantastic. Located between the waterfront and the nightlife in restaurants, it was really easy to get anywhere downtown. "Was a quality place when first opened im sure, but a single lift, no rooftop bar staff and a Restaurant that closes at 4pm sadly marks this place down from where it should be 😟"

"A little jaded around the edges but a good stay nonetheless. Its the usual where big money is spent initially and then nothing whatsoever on maintenance afterwards. Breakfast was good and staff try their best. "

"Very large hotel, staff are mostly pleasant. Average maintenance. Breakfast has options, although does not change much over the course of a week. The egg stand at the breakfast serves cold, half-cooked, pre-made omelettes, although the chef was very busy on his phone, for both days I waited there, and could not attend to my request to heat one up. Food at bar is pricy and overly sauced and sweetened. The place could be better cleaned, as I spotted a couple of 6-leg critters in my room and the canteen. Pool was closed during my stay. No speed bumps at the car drop-off area in front of the lobby, and cars race through, so mind when you cross that bridge. Rooms are not very well insulated from noise of adjacent rooms. Mosquitos in the room are a problem, and the tiny incense only seems to make them more hungry. The low cost and river view perhaps is a consolation."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Everything work shower. The air conditioning bed was made every day clean towels were always put in my room. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The breakfast staff was the best. The food quality was outstanding. The receiving staff were tremendously excellent and the little boss lady who handled the financial exchanges was very accommodating, kind, and understanding I’ve been here three times and looking forward to my fourth fifth and so long a big shout out to the front desk clerk on HAN and the chef my name is Rodney and I had a great time."
