"Nice room high up with great views. Good size for Hong Kong, cleaned daily. Aircon temperature adjustable, good water pressure, fridge and kettle in room. Wifi works great. No bottled water in room but containers can be refilled near reception, perfectly fine with us. 3 fast elevators. Carpet had some stains, slippers were provided. Good value, would book again."

"Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The room size was unbeatable considering it’s in Hong Kong. Very convenient location and is connected to a shopping mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Also the subway station is right in the mall which is super convenient. The pool was big and fun. My kids loved swimming in it. Very suitable for family. The only complaint I had was that our room wasn’t ready till 3:30pm which took longer than my expectations. Other than that, everything else was great. Will stay again when we come back to Hong Kong again."

"Liked: location an cleanliness. Breakfast: The guy could not make an omelets-runny and disgusting. Pity choices compared to Shangri La (for example) Grossly over-priced. We got it at a discount. The bathroom is very tiny with lots of mirrors a glass to camouflage very limited size. Desk staff are aggressive and do not understand that hotel residents must check as quickly as possible because they have a flight to catch."

"We had a wonderful week long stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better base while exploring Hong Kong. After long days out, the room felt like a true refuge quiet, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a hotel; we slept so well every night. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and despite the hotel’s bustling location, we didn’t hear any street noise at all. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the location made it easy to reach attractions, dining, and public transit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back when we get the chance. Highly recommended. Special shout out to the Auntie who took care of us during our stay. We appreciate you!! Hope to see you again!"
