"It was our family’s first time in Hong Kong and overall the hotel was exceptional. However, the front desk staff during check-in was rude. I believe they should be more polite and willing to answer questions, especially for tourists who may not speak the language. On the other hand, housekeeping was exceptional"

"Hotel is located in a good location, if you’re willing to walk a few extra blocks you will be saving hundreds of dollars vs hotels closer to the Harbor. You can get to the Subway, malls, Temple Street, Harbor area 10-15 minutes walk."

"I really liked the hotel, the cleaning staff made sure to clean our room every day. The only complaint I had was that the wifi is very weak at night when more people are in their rooms. Other than that, I would stay here again."
