"Very Friendly &Prompt Service…Nice area near many Restaurants &Shopping… Anne at the Check-in desk was very Warm &Welcoming …The room was very clean and roomy …the beds &pillows were very comfortable …Unfortunately we missed out on the hot Breakfast offered at 6am because we had to leave by 5:30AM but Robert was so very kind and thoughtful to make us Breakfast Bags ToGo which we were filled with muffins, yogurt, juice and fresh fruit…Sustaining and Delicious. We would highly recommend this...

"Clean room, very friendly staff, good morning breakfast with eggs, ham, toast, waffles, fresh fruits. Nice that a standalone tea/coffee station is available throughout the day. Fitness centre open 24 hours. Ample parking and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Facility is built in a T shape and a long walk if you need the elevator. Good stay, will be back."

"A wonderful place to stay. The staff welcomed us like family. Unfortunately we arrived late on a Sunday evening do meal choices were limited, but we were steps away from a Keg restaurant, where we were greeted warmly. A great experience, wish we could have stayed longer."

"The hotel was nice The people who were partying on the patio (public space) left all of their pizza boxes and empties all over. Cleaning staff don’t come in until morning (7?) and no one working evening shift took it"

"Homewood Suites was my “go to” in the past. This stay has taken care of that. I was disappointed by the lack of staff to provide the highest quality I experienced in my past years. Bed skirts used as bedding. Trash from guests who appropriately put it in designated areas left all day. 9pm to be exact. Guest laundry services suggest accessing change from the front desk. I was told to go to one of the near by gas stations. Left after a 4 day stay wondering what happened to Homewood Suites."

"There was still some garbage leftover from the last passenger and some food in the refrigerator. The aisle smells and the sound outside (probably AC engine) is too loud to fall asleep. The phone in the room doesn’t work."

"Had the hot tub room, it was good. Fascilities were clean. The lady who worked the desk was friendly to me, but when my girlfriend went to ask a question, she was not so friendly to her."

"We are up super late to stay the night left in the morning. Nothing really good or bad to say There were people in chairs in the hallway which I found kind of weird, but I don’t know."

"Bed was okay, pillows are extremely uncomfortable and cheap. Air conditioner makes loud noise you can’t sleep through. You can hear other people’s air conditioners next to you. No remote for TV. Elevators had foul smells, halls had foul smell."

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. While there may be rooms like the advertised pictures, ours was not one of them. No ambience, blank walls, terrible lighting, the ‘courtyard view’ was a dirty walled in empty space. The staff were friendly enough but not knowledgeable and often no one was actually at the front desk. There happened to be festival which closed down the street and made accessing the hotel difficult but no answer when I called or reply to my voicemail, and...
