"We had a great stay at this property from the time we checked in till checkout. We had a late check in and the person who checked us in was funny, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Vincent was excellent and pleasant on both mornings we had breakfast. The hotel contacted us after we left and let us know they found a bracelet. Very much appreciated. Waqar went above and beyond along with housekeeping to ensure we knew they found the item. I would highly recommend...

"The rooms were disgusting. Our room smelled like wet dog and deodorizer. There were no top sheets and the rest of the bedding was questionable. We also only received exactly two towels. The complimentary breakfast was anything but a compliment. I will not stay there again nor will my team."

"I just stayed at the motel 6 in London this weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful if needed. That was the only good part, the room carpets were dirty with spots everywhere, the closet smelt like pet urine, there was only one hanger to hang your clothes (and when I called the front desk and asked for more, they were only able to find me three additional hangers) and there wasn't even comforters on the bed. It was a sheet with a thin flannel bed cover not even enough to keep you warm....

"Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost."

"We didn't use the amenities since came in late and only there for 1 night. The valet parking for $40 per night is ridiculous, thank goodness for public paid parking lot next door. Otherwise, great facility- would stay again."

"Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good."
