The only slight thing is for someone sleeping in the front of the room next to the banff-windermere highway, its a little noisy with all the trucks going by. But this was an excellent place for us. "I liked the balcony in the back that faces the forest. It’s an older property, but it’s nice enough. The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly, it has a fridge and microwave and a Roku tv. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is at screamers icecream place. You get a little coupon. The breakfast is small but you can buy pastries or cookies too. It’s a little walk from the hotel. "
