"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was super convenient and close to town. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the water temperature was perfect.
The only downsides were that the pool restroom wasn’t very clean and only had one changing room. It would also be a nice touch if the rooms included conditioner along with the other toiletries.

"Staff: All of them are courteous, friendly and approachable.
Accommodation: It’s cozy, but maybe they can still improve the cleanliness especially the washrooms and also maybe they can cover their couch to prevent it from getting old and dirty.
Pool and amenities: Pool is big, it’s warm and with depth that can be enjoyed by kids. Spraypark is fun too. We didn’t have a chance to use the other amenities because we only stayed overnight but we will come here to try other amenities such as steam...
"Amazing! She thought of so many little extras. Not only was the house tastefully decorated but the mattress was the best I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen has every thing, utensils and dishes for toddlers, wrappers for food to go, healthy food choices, staples in fridge, etc. the bedroom was all windows looking out at treetops, great black out curtains, black make up cloth, plush bath mat, lighted shower, plentiful soft towels, 2sinks with lots of counter space and storage cupboards below, ...
"Chalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasn’t a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on. "
