We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "This traditional country house hotel offers a weary traveller a very comfortable overnight stay. The imposing building is impressive but only a one minute drive from the main road so easy to reach and well signposted. We arrived quite late in the evening after a delayed flight and our check-in was quick and the staff so helpful, calling a local take away for us as the hotel kitchen had closed for the evening. Our room was spacious and well presented, the bed was really comfy and facilities clean and tidy. Breakfast was a great offer of help yourself items with a separate menu of cooked to order items available. The breakfast staff were lovely and it was a relaxed affair which set the day up nicely. This is an old building and offers tradition with a lounge with large sofas and a cosy bar, a neat breakfast room and lovely gardens. A lovely start to our Scottish highland adventure."
