"Awesome corner room with its own balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing is that if you want to get onto internet for the TV channels i.e. Netflix such you need to have your own account information to sign into the apps, we didn't know about that so we weren't prepared for it."

"Still wondering where the pool was, other than the wonderful view (only because we paid for their best room probably) Never received check in details, had to find a phone number to call to check in cause the office was closed. Beach access if it was the one we were supposed to use was closed for construction. No direction as to where anything was. The folder inside our unit said conflicting times for check out. Also said one parking spot per unit however then we get charged for parking? Says...

"Parking: good. Crucial in this area. Additionally, there is a free shuttle around town which allowed us to keep it. Kitchen lacked teaspoons, but was otherwise adequate and also convenient. "

"There was no beach view from my room but the hotel yes. I was placed in an annex not the main hotel. The annex had a weird configuration. Only the valet/maintenance staff that I interacted were amazing. They made parking tolerable in an otherwise insane town for traffic. The room was very clean and had interesting features like a comfy robe and a diffuser. An amazing grocery store was across the street. "Great stay in the heart of Laguna. Will be coming back for sure"

"Booked the hotel mostly because of the rooftop bar but it was closed on Saturday due to a party. Did get to enjoy it on Sunday. Food was just ok but view is fantastic. If I was to stay in Laguna again someday, I would stay away from the Main Street as it's way too noisy from bikes and cars racing up and down the street all day and night. Room itself was pretty nice with a great balcony. Staff were a friendly. Parking was a half a block away but still very convenient."

"Our stay was incredible! The wine and cookies did not disappoint! The spa and pool were both awesome and the view off our back porch overlooked the city and ocean. The walk along the boardwalk was incredible in both directions. The ocean views are so memorable!"
