"Premièrement, pas de personnel à la réception j’ai du appeler pour savoir le numéro de ma chambre… j’avais une boite code pour ma clé….. pour les commodités genre spa…. Fermé aucun personnel du lundi au mercredi inclusivement…. Pour la douche…. L’eau était tiède et cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant de passer de froide à tiède… Serviette de bain et de main…. Qualité médiocre. Point positif…. La chambre très propre."

"Nice place. The only problem is that after 8 pm nobody is there. Is very close to the Main Street downtown, which is nice. And close to the mount Tremblant national park."

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful lakeside location. Very modern well equipped suite and rooms and balconies with lovely views. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed the hot tub. Walking distance to the picturesque village with cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"Room was ok and bathroom is very small, there no mirror in room only in bathroom so kids don’t like that because you have to wait get ready or do makeup. From outside they start cutting grass early in the morning which is very loud. Overall we don’t like stay in this hotel, I don’t recommend for family/kids."
