"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

"This is a gorgeous house and setting for exploring the Loire. Dining area is beautifully appointed - windows to the Loire and decorated in an elegant and creative way. In particular they have cleverly designed the lighting to look like small hot air balloons and placed fabric wall coverings to absorb sound. The overall effect is intimate, sophisticated and welcoming. The new restaurant for evening dining was excellent and a wonderful way to end the day! James graciously offered to drive us...

"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. "Rooms were filled with historic furniture. That’s for very comfortable and the bathrooms with the wall mosaics made it really feel romantic. Dinner was awesome there and to buy pairings for excellent. Breakfast area was very nice with outside seating as part of the offering"
