"The location was great, the Tram runs in front of the hotel, very convenient. The restaurant at the hotel is very convenient and the food was pretty good. My only complaint was that we had the Jr suite for 5 adults, there were 3 twin beds in the upper level and the ceiling over the 3 beds was very low, my grandauther hit her head very hard walking to one of the beds. The shower could use a shelve to put the shampoo and conditioner, also no place to put the soap. For old people (like me) it would have been helpfull to have a bar to hold in to it. Other than that the bathroom was spacious, with 2 sinks and the toilet in a separate room, very helpfull for us 5 woman."

"Perfect location and very supportive staff! Every one of the staff members made our stay a pleasant one. They put special effort into making our trip very special and memorable. "Room was clean and location was great. Only issues were the room size being smaller than in the pictures, and the walls are incredibly thin. Could hear full conversations from our neighbours constantly."

"The hotel was small but bright and cheerful as were our rooms. The rooftop view was lovely and our comp breakfast was well made well presented and there were a lot of options. I noticed the cheeses were locally sourced and that felt like I was really getting a taste of authentic France. The front desk was excellent and made our stay easy. They even arranged our taxi."

"It didn't start well. We weren't given the room we paid for and a complaint to hotels.com yielded nothing. We were put in a tiny room at the front of the hotel which was very noisy all night. (We paid to be in the quieter back of the hotel in a bigger room). The immediate area is a little rough round the edges, but a short walk of 5 minutes brings you into better areas and plenty of eating choices. As I said the room was tiny. The bathroom was reasonably modern but all a bit worn out. The bed was OK. AC worked when it felt like it and it was impossible to properly close and lock the window. The TV only had French channels - none of the listed international channels were available. The staff were all pretty sullen. English was not at all well understood and only grudgingly spoken. The hotel bar had a few bottles of coke and some nameless spirits. Nobody used it! All in all, it's difficult to recommend. The location is OK, once you get away from the immediate dirty, noisy surroundings."

"Close to all amenities, train station nearby,hop on and hop off stop, beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast available on site. Clean room. Cleaning staff found my charger which I thought was lost. Grateful to have found it."
