Home away from home

We were on a romantic trip to Italy and chose this accommodation because of the good reviews and the jacuzzi. Nothing was exaggeration! Massimo is an excellent host and he gives nice advises. The room is romantic, bed is good and air conditioning is perfect for the hot weathers.

Such a cute little place to stay, like new and spotless but so cozy. The owner was great. Location was perfect to use the train and head to Cinque Terre and LaSpezia was charming. Do not hesitate to book

Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 2 nuits au Sweet Dreams. Massimo est un hôte très gentil et aux petits soins. Il prendra le temps de vous donner toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin (parking, meilleurs restaurants etc…). Le logement est très bien situé (~5min à pied de la gare pour vous rendre dans les 5 terres). A 2 minutes d’une très bonne boulangerie pour votre petit déjeuner ! Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci à Massimo pour son accueil !

Pour commencer un accueil extraordinaire par le maître des lieux, super gentil serviable et il nous a indiqué parfaitement où aller et nous a aiguiller pour l’intégralité de notre séjour. Chambre parfaite, une propreté optimale et un bain à remous qui est parfait. Pour un couple qui a envie de profiter de cinque terre et de passer un bon moment je ne peux que le conseiller. Massimo and wife were extremely good hosts. The free parking was only a block away from the hotel and the hotel was conveniently located between the train station going to Cinque Terre and the center of La Spezia. We had a great time.

We had the room with the Jacuzzi...fun.The owners are very accommodating and do their bet in English.Very good food suggestions.10 minutes walk to the train station where you can explore the cinque terre villages on a train day pass.

A very homey feeling. Modern twist to it. Wonderful amenities and complimentary drinks. Staff stayed up till we arrived to welcome us. He helped with luggage and is very friendly. He is a local and knows the area. He will give you tips and advice on best places to go. It was by far a favorite place of mine in the world. I will.definately recommend and go again. In walking distance to train station.

Lovely, immaculately clean room, great hosts

Sweet Dreams is in an ideal location between the train station and the town centre. A really lovely, immaculately clean room. We paid for the room with the jacuzzi style bath which ended up being huge, absolutely great! The hosts are so warm and welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. A great experience all round.

Very new-looking lovely place

Spot on new-looking apartment. Great aircon, excellent welcome from the owner. OK wifi. No breakfast, though and the towels smelled a bit bad. Good location, nice walk to the train station and to eateries in La Spezia. Very quiet.

Great base for Cinque Terre exploration

Wonderful place to stay in La Spezia, less than 10 minutes walk to train station with Connections to all Cinque Terre villages (8 to 30 mins). Both Massimo and Cynthia are very warm and accommodating, Massimo even popped out and bought us fresh milk for our tea! Small fridge in room means you can have chilled drinks and plenty of restaurants in local vicinity. My only criticism is that there didn't appear to be any English speaking channels available on the TV (e.g. News channel)

Adorable and clean hotel with lovely owners

Sweet dreams hotel is located near the station so perfect for going to Cinque Terre. The owners are very sweet and helpful. Everything is new and renovated. The room is cozy. The bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is served in a café near the hotel.

Allez y sans hésiter le lieu est idyllique et la propri vous reçoit avec bonne humeur et vous fait partager son amour de là décoration et sa bonne humeur . Le jaccuzzy est super sympathique et c est un excellent moyen de se relaxer après une journée aux cinq teres. Ne ratez pas cet hébergement !
