8 minutes walk to local station 3 minutes walk to supermarket close to main boulevards … room & bathroom were good sizes, Giovanni was very helpful & accommodating

Très bien accueillie par le propriétaire très sympa, qui nous donne des conseils pour la visite des 5 terres et nous donne des adresses de resto... A proximité d'une des gares de La Spezia, mais moins bien desservie que la Spezia centrale. Chambre récente et très bien entretenue

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, die zu zu einzel Appartements umfunktioniert wurde. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Für die Schlüsselübergabe muss mit dem Host eine Uhrzeit vereinbart werden, da er nicht ganztägig vor Ort ist. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Leider riecht es im gesamten Haus sehr merkwürdig und die Badezimmer sind stark von Schimmel befallen. (Vorallem die Duschen). Wirklich schade da der Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und nett war und auch gute Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft zufrieden! Der Hausherr Antonio war sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend, sowie die Putzfrau die wir an einem Tag mittags angetroffen hatten! Einzig die Parksituation war etwas schwierig! Wir hatten aber irgendwie immer Glück, bei jeder Ankunft ist immer gerade ein Auto weggefahren so das wir direkt parken konnten. Für die Tour zur 5 Terre empfehle ich das Auto stehen zu lassen und mit dem Bus zum Hauptbahnhof zu fahren. Dort gibt es die Tagestickets um mit dem Zug zur 5 Terre zu fahren! Wir sind die Tagestour in Monterosso al Mare gestart und sind dann Dorf für Dorf nach Riomaggiore! Wir haben wünderschöne Tage gehabt! Werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen!

Very nice and clean accommodation

Very nice clean room in dodgy area of La Spezia. In general, La Spezia is a hidden gem and La Perla is a very nice way to explore it.

Proprietario molto disponibile e cortese

Pochi giorni prima di arrivare il proprietario mi scrive una mail per domandarci lorario di arrivo . Poiche saremmo arrivati prima di cena gli ho dato un appuntamento dopo cena segnalandogli in nome del ristorante e lui molto cortesemente ci é venuto a prendere in auto perche pioveva

Déception d' un établissement de qualité

Notre séjour dans un établissement très propre, nous laissera un souvenir particulièrement inoubliable( absence totale d' eau chaude et froide pendant notre séjour ) avec les conséquences que vous pouvez imaginer sur l' usage des WC, de la toilette matinale et du service du petit déjeuner. Remise de 20 € et remboursement du petit déj.(petit dédommagement compte tenu de la nuisance !)

Da provare sicuramente

Gentilissimo il sig. Antonio che ci ha indicato alcuni punti di interesse turistico ed alcuni ristoranti. camera molto bella ed elegante, pulizia ottima, posizione leggermente fuori dalla solita via di grande comunicazione ma cmq ad 1 minuto da essa. Tra i comfort: aria condizionata, phoon, mollette bucato, parcheggio recintato all'interno del cortile ma senza costi aggiuntivi

Property owner was amazing and extremely helpful. He even had bicycles for rent to ride around town. Lots of things to see and do all within walking and cycling distance. Cannot stress how great the owner was. Would recommend this place to everyone.
