"This was our 6th time staying at this hotel: Did feel this time it wasn’t as good as previous stays. Breakfast was very good, however a limited menu in the evening we stayed 4nights and the menu didn’t change.The outdoor pool is open until 9 at night and is by the restaurant so can get noisy with children using it in the evening. Rooms are clean and service very good so is the location which is very close to shops etc."

"Location excellent. Room was not clean good. Drain in shower was not working. In one mins was floating. 3 days take to fix. Water was leaking from ceiling at midnight. A/C problem. Shot of a/c till fixed next day. Not install grill on a/c and air was flow every where. Next day install the grill. Make pictures of every thing. Will ask Expedia compensation."

"You can go anywhere in the city with uber electric around 12-15 euros with your family or walking radius of 20 minutes. Therefore you do not need to be at the center. It also has a beatiful public and private beach across the street."

"Great location with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby and away from the old town so it's much quieter. Our room was small and basic with very limited furniture and table surface. Breakfast was good and inexpensive. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's worth staying again."

"The hotel was immaculately clean and pristine, with all the essentials available. The location is excellent — right in the center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, with easy access to both tram and bus lines. All the staff at Best western Alba made all the difference. The front desk checked us in early when our flight landed and gave genuine recommendations, not just a map. Steven went out of his way to help us resolve our issues, and we felt right at home. We would book here...
