"Property is having issues with aging or poorly maintained air conditiners. We heard about delays for other guests when checking in, and our started malfunctioning leaking water from day one. The staff is amazing on every level. Is a bit....no, it is overpriced for an "all inclusive resort". Ok for us for a week night or weekend, since we live in Santo Domingo just 34 miles away, or for any tourist looking to mix some sightseeing and experience 500 years of New World history in the Ciudad...
