"We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. I would put little faith in that review. The pool was sparkling blue and inviting. Short walk...

"The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places."
