"If it wasn't for the stunning view from the balcony and the comfy bed I would have been very disappointed. The rooms are in urgent need of refurbishment to meet the standards expected at the price they charge. Here are my main gripes;
No bath robes (only slippers - why?)
No tea/coffee facilities
Radiators don't work properly, have to use noisy ancient aircon on high to heat the room.
No sockets take universal adaptors in the room, only socket that does is the shaver socket in the...
