"booo, I will never ever stay at this place again.... check in was at 4:00 PM, our room was ready at 5:30 (after a few conversations with the front desk...) it was my b-day, It was ruined.. as a compensation they offered us was a $10 battle of a cheap champagne... please, for a $1,000 a nigh stay ..."
