"When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. We have not been notified that the dinner has to be ordered in advance, so we have arrived at 7pm and we could not eat or drink there. No minibars available in the...

"The room was amazing, Garden View. The room is so well appointed and has a coffee machine, bathroom is excellent with a large shower. The host is very accommodating and rises in the morning to supply you with breakfast at your chosen time. The pool is good, spacious and very clean, with lots of available seating around the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Tout était parfait de l'accueil, les locaux, le calme de l'hôtel, les services proposés.. La superbe terrasse extérieure ombragée, le bar et restaurant ainsi que le spa sur place. J'ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire pour profiter de ce superbe établissement et repartir reposée. Et je je ne manquerai pas de revenir a nouveau lors de mon prochain passage dans la région."

"The Chateau is well set back from the nearby road and there is no traffic noise. There is lots of parking on the site in several areas. We stayed in the Chateau rather than the more modern accommodation nearby. A lift was available to our room and since it was very warm ,40C, our room had an air conditioning unit, in the room. "Staff is not friendly or sympathetic towards young kids. Breakfast with flys all over cured meat and cheese - overpriced and unsanitary. Don’t eat here. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we left after 1 VERY hot miserable night. It was so hot my kids couldn’t sleep and were dehydrated the whole night. Our smallest child was almost to the point of heat stroke. We just wanted to leave as fast as we could and have some sleep somewhere else even though we already paid for 2 nights to tell you...
