It has some minor scratches/bruises/bumps on a few surfaces, but for the most part, it suited all of my needs. Drinking water being provided by the front desk was convenient. "Really good stay at the Thompson. Fantastic location in the Gold Coast area right on the triangle with Gibsons, Tavern on Rush, Bellevue & Luxbar all on the doorstep. Room was great, really comfortable bed, superb shower and toiletries and an amazing view from floor 19. Common areas were really nice - there seemed to be a slight issue with the drains on occasion (!) but that did not affect the rooms at all, just the entrance area. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here...
"The staff here are absolutely the most helpful and sweetest. The hotel is perfect for a boutique hotel. The night life seemed to quite popular as well and right around Fulton market! I definitely recommend.
