The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. "Handy spot close to the south airport, which is why we booked it for a late evening arrival with a toddler. It’s a large hotel and, as others have mentioned, a little dated in places, but the apartment rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made it really easy to access the restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was excellent. Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses."
