Nice Hotel

Nice clean hotel, very near the motorway, ideal for an overnight stop on the way to the ferry at Le Havre. Within walking distace of resaurants. We enjoyed the free breakfast. Would stay again

Nice place to stay overnight. Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice dinner, typical French breakfast. No complaints.

An over night stop at a budget hotel, all staff were polite, helpful and friendly, breakfast was buffet style with amaxing choice. Restaurant closed that night but a short tram ride into town found a French bar restaurant, excellent local wines and delicious food

Stop over.

Stop over in journey home, staff very helpful and made a short trip into Orleans great city to visit. Hotel right next to moterway and large shopping centre nearby.

Great value for money, clean and comfortable

Great value for money, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included which was an added bonus. Shower with a bathtub, a huge bed which was very nice after a long journey. Not a place you stay if you are visiting the area but very convenient when you need to stop by during the journey.

Everything As It Should Be

As always with IbIs Styles everything was sensible, functional and clean. Bed was excellent and the shower performed perfectly. Great value for an overnight stop.

Hotel en travaux Non prévenu par Expedia ou la Groupe Accord alors que le gérant a prévenu Expedia (selon ses dires) Pas d'ascenseur, pas de wifi, petit déjeuner dans la poussière des travaux, odeur de peinture très forte dans la chambre (toxicité ?), pas de cintre, douche non étanche, pas de poignée à la prote de la salle de bain, etc. 120€ la chambre et aucune proposition de remboursement ! Indigne d'un trois étoiles et inadmissible

Pas moins de 4 alarmes incendies entre 22h et 7h du matin. L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux, demarrage 8h arret 19h. Les creneaux de repos sont limités. La chambre est exigue et la decoration dépassée. L'isolation phonique inexistante. Le personnel est cependant agréable et fait de son mieux considerant la situation.

Accueil d'arrivée aimable mais il a fallu réclamer du papier toilette qui n'avait pas été prévu dans la chambre. Aucun personnel à l'accueil petit déjeuner (pas demandé n° de chambre). Buffet très moyen en qualité. Aucun personnel non plus pour réceptionner la clé et nous saluer au départ.

Hôtel.com n est pas à conseiller, vous ne pouvez pas annuler votre hôtel2 jours avant, et en plus il fait semblant de vous croire qu il peut vous aider … au final après échange direct avec Hôtel réservé , qui aurait du contacter pour annuler ma chambre. Hôtel ´ à pas été contacté et hôtel.com avait débité ma carte juste après avoir demander d annuler pour être sur de ne plus annuler ma chambre !
