No movies on demand. Eye sore from window (looking at broken dirty ac system)
Strong vinegar smell in corridor travelling through the room. Pool was dirty (full of hairs) with dirty slippery floors.
The interaction with the afternoon personnel’s was short and abrupt (felt like we were asking for too much, when trying to organise towel for swimming pool)
Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Mercure Velizy is outdated, dirty with unpleasant staff. We will never go back there. Beware Photos online isn’t what you will be getting!!"
