"There is no other hotel in Madrid quite like Hotel Europa- it offers the best location (right next to Puerta del Sol) and the best value for what you pay. This is the small hotel that has everything you need to make a visit to Madrid unforgettable! The staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests and the café gets you going throughout the day with good-quality food and beverages. Honestly, this is the place to stay!!"

"Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent."
