"The AC was fine, though it was cool outside. Breakfast was good. We got conflicting information about the early admission hours but eventually sorted it out. There is a lot to do for the kids, so we had a nice stay. The pool is heated, which was great because the weather was cool. Charging hotel guests for parking is ridiculous. You collect enough in room and admission $$."

"Such a great place! Perfect for us and our littles. They loved walking to the beach, playing at the family pool, tennis, basketball, and we even did one of the evening activities-candy sushi making class! Everything was wonderful. Heads up: it’s right next to a passenger train track, so you’ve got trains running next to the bedroom window pretty much all the time. I think it ends at midnight. Not an issue for us, but I could see it bothering someone else. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and our kids want to come back. "

"Fire alarm went off before 5:30 in the morning, but it was the lack of communication from the reception or any employees that was frustrating and scary. Do we evacuate, do we not? What do we do? Is it a false alarm? They didn’t know and were not communicating properly. Not even an apology later that morning or a discounted rate for the way they handled it. My kid is still scared that an alarm is going to go off while he’s sleeping."
