"Parfait ! Je recommande ! Endroit calme et agréable à séjourner, tout est neuf. La chambre était parfaitement adaptée pour un week-end. Le petit déjeuner est fait avec des produits de qualité. "The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral. The room was comfy, we slept like a rock. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while. If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying."

"L'hotel très confortable, mais sur le site internet, il n'était pas bien mentionné que le spa n'était pas compris avec le forfait de l'hotel Les sommelières étaient très agréables et serviables, mais ne servait pas les boissons au bon moment, soit les apéritifs avant le repas et le vin en mangeant, car nous recevions les apéritifs pendant les plats et le vin à la fin du repas.."

"Très bien je ferais 2 remarques. J 'ai appris que le parking était payant à mon arrivée ! Je vous suggère de mettre un tapis anti dérapant dans la baignoire surtout avec un client de 78 ans. Cela dit séjour très agréable personnel attentif et compétant"

"Nous étions 2 avec chacun sa chambre . Une avec vue ville et montagne,l'autre avec vue cimetiere et montagne mais pas de souci ;-) Bon accueil ,propreté ++++,chambres confortables ,wc séparés, salle de bain taille très correcte ,eau bien chaude. Petit dejeuner pris a côté à Ibis , nourriture très variée ,pour tous les goûts. "
