Choose different hotel

Dirty, peanuts and dust on the floor, broken window did not lock kept opening, tiny pillows, usb charging sockets did not work. Very basic breakfast. Nothing around the hotel. Huge traffic jam every morning and evening right in front of hotel leaving tram the only reasonable option to get to town.

The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. One was spud-u-like (or similar) the other was in the rugby stadium. Internet connection didn’t work as intended nor did lift security. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time. We had stayed at campanile in Le Mans the night before - great experience there, very different to what we experienced in Clermont.

Séjour effectué pendant une période de travaux, ce qui n’a toutefois pas impacté la qualité de la chambre. Celle-ci était impeccable, spacieuse et très confortable. Pour 55 €, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, probablement l’un des meilleurs que j’ai pu avoir. Seul bémol : le parking intérieur est proposé en supplément (10 €). Néanmoins, il est possible de stationner gratuitement devant l’hôtel entre 19h et 9h, ce qui constitue une alternative appréciable.

Déçue...

Séjour convenable : un peu déçue car ayant déjà séjourné là et mieux. Un lot de serviettes pour 2 personnes annoncées : j'ai du m'essuyer avec la serviette mouillée de mon mari. Des tâches partout sur la moquette dans la chambre. Les oreillers commencent à prendre de l'âge ils sont plats. Pas de lait végétal ou délactosé au petit-déjeuner: en général il y en a dans tous les hôtels. Tout le monde n'a pas la chance de tolérer le lait de vache. Donc au final déçue...
