We spent 3 nights in this hotel, and it was perfect for our family of 3. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa and since it was a little separated from our sleeping area she had more privacy than any other place we stayed in Japan. There was a free shared laundry facility right across from our room which was very convenient. We never got a chance to check out the bar and restaurant downstairs, but it seemed nice. The location was only about a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station so it was easy to find great food options and get around. The only tricky thing was there wasn’t a lot of room to open our bags because the pull out sofa took up the living space, but we made it work!

This was a good room for 3 people, in that we had a sofa bed in the 'living room' and a bedroom with two beds. There were convenient places to put 2 of our 3 suitcases. The room was clean, but when 3 people live there without daily housekeeping, it doesn't really stay so clean. The washer/dryer were great to use for free (English directions would be nice), but the lint catcher had not been cleaned in a long time, so all our clothes came out with lint all over them. We tried to find the lint catcher to clean it for the next person, but failed to find it. When you have the third person on the sofa bed, it pretty much blocks the kitchenette, so you could not really cook in there unless you close the bed up each day. Otherwise, great place to stay as it's close to the JR Train Station.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Kyoto Station, also only 4 minutes from the bus stop where you can catch a ride to the downtown area. Taxi stand is a couple blocks to the east at one of the larger hotels nearby. Although the laundry within the hotel is on the slow side (the dryer takes 2+ hours to finish), there is a coin laundry a few minutes away. Convenience store is also nearby. Easy check in process. We would stay here again.

This place was fantastic. The room was large with a bathroom and hallway separating the kind sized bed from the futon. The hot tub on the enclosed patio was a nice way to relax at the end of the day. It was a short and easy walk from the train station and an even shorter walk to the bus stop. 7-11 was just a 5 minute walk away. The staff was fantastic.

Broken Facilities
We were very disappointed as we did not have a properly functioning shower and were not informed about this until arrival so we’re unable to do much about it. We requested a change in room but none were available and no solution was suggested. The rest of the hotel was satisfactory but this caused us to not to feel very comfortable and relaxed. The walls in the rooms appeared very tired and grimy. It was a real shame

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, es realmente facil hacer Check in ya que su sistema es muy eficaz. Puedes llegar de la estacion de Kioto al hospedaje caminando y tienes muchos lugares al rededor para poder comer y pasar un buen rato. El staff me permitio terminar de cercar mi ropa aun cuando ya habia hecho el check out, sin duda, lo recomendaría.

The room is so beautiful with typical Japanese inferior design. Normally, Japan’s hotel or suite is small, but this suite is so spacious. The location is near to Kyoto station, so it is easy to grab food or accessible to other locations. The staff is nice and considerate with communicable language. For what could be improved, I think the room service can be provided twice a day to clean up the rubbish bin. Also, the internet network is not smooth with poor connection at all. But all in all, this property is so comfy and I do really suggest all of you to book this property if you stop by Kyoto.

This is a great place about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto station and other bus stops. The rooms are pretty spacious. The rear bedroom area has a patio. The middle was a good size bathroom and the front has a small kitchenette and fold out couch. My family of four (kids 10 & 8yo) were quite comfortable here. The hotel does not do daily trash, towels , etc. (American style). Very nice place!

我進入飯店時,門口及接待處大堂地方狹窄,清潔程度不理想接待處洗手間有點骯髒,進入客房的時候,已經感覺房間清潔不理想, 房間隔音很差,鄰房的談話聲清晰可聽,沒有客房每日清潔服務,沒有瓶裝水供應,員工質素參差,根本不是酒店,只像一間旅館,不知道貴網站為何評定它是一間三星級酒店.我感覺被貴網站誤導了。這間旅館不適合渡假旅遊的住宿.

民泊施設を初めて利用しました。 他の方の口コミでわかってはいましたが、ベッドからはTVは見れません。想像していたより不便に感じました。リビングのソファーは残念ながらへたっていて座り心地悪しでした。ベッドルームは電気を消すと真っ暗です、照明ではないライトが欲しかったです。洗面所の扉の内側にかなりほこりがついていました。ゴミは各自で部屋の外へ、連泊の場合は自分で外のゴミ箱へ出すと部屋に書かれていて驚きました。ミニキッチンがついてますが付近に調理するようなものを扱っている店舗、コンビニもありません。 ベッドルームとリビングが離れているのでスイートルーム感があり広く使えました。ベッドは硬めで気持ち良く眠れました。住宅地にあり静かな環境です。

housekeeping
Housekeeping’s quality varies from day to day. We stayed for a week. House cleaning not consistent. Two days before didn’t throw away the trash and this morning they didn’t replace coffee packs and didn’t empty and replace tiolet trash bag. Kind of disappointed because other than this, all have been great. A pity. Could have hit 10/10.

快適でした。
朝ごはんが美味しかった。特に肉うどん。朝からうどんはどうかと思いましたが、身体が暖まりお出汁がとても美味しかったです。 レストランの方も気配りが行き届いていて快適でした。 夜のBARも明るい雰囲気でよかった。 アメニティをフロントから持って行くのを説明して欲しかった。 ジャグジーも調度いい大きさでしたが、夜中(2時頃)に隣の人が大声出したり笑っていたので、受付時に注意を呼びかけた方がいいと思いました。

主人は卵うどん、私は肉うどん
チェックイン時、カウンターにマスクがあり１人１枚ずついただきました！こんな時なのでありがたいです。 部屋も広く清潔で大画面TVもあり快適 朝食はうどんを選びましたが、トースト・オレンジジュース・コーヒーなどはセルフでプラスできました。
