Room was quiet and clean. Laundry room small, but efficient and very easy to use. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. Bus stops right in front the hotel, there is a metro station nearby, and has lot of shops, markets, and restaurants around.

The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated all their assistance during my stay. This spot is right on a Main Street with a lot of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The Gion district is in walking distance too which was lovely to see during cherry blossom season. Highly recommend choosing this place if you want to visit Kyoto.

This hotel was in a great spot for a walking tourist. Not a far walk from Nishiki Market, Gion District, or the train station in Kyoto. Foot massage parlors, restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacies, and shopping were right outside the front doors. Rooms are small, but complementary toiletries were available in the lobby as well as pajamas in the bedrooms.

A great location close to Nishiki Market and abundant shopping and dining. The rooms were typical of Japanese business hotels and had enough space for 2 people. The breakfast was inexpensive and had many homemade items to choose from. The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable but we find this to be true at many places in Japan.

スタッフの対応がとても良く、館内室内共に清潔だった。駅や周辺の観光地へのアクセスが良いが、大通り沿いの為、車の音や騒がしい人の声が多少気になった。また利用したいと思う。

Perfect location for shopping and dining. Do note that there is no driveway for a drop off as reception is on the second floor - so your driver will need to do a quick stop along the street (no shelter when it's raining). Reception very helpful with helping forward our excess shopping to the airport. Perfect location for access to the subway and Hankyu railway too. The breakfast buffet was so-so and I'd probably skip it if I stay here next time.

2024/1/6～1/8(2泊3日)で初めて泊まりました。 部屋に対しての要望も聞いて頂き騒音の問題など なく居心地よく快適に過ごす事が出来ました！ 清掃員の方のタオルなどの替えやゴミの回収に 関しても丁寧にホテルに帰ってきたらドアの前に 置いて頂いていてとても良かったです😌 また是非利用したいです！ ありがとうございました☺️

Location is excellent. However only one thing, my daughter lost the card key and told the front desks that we lost card when we checked out. The front desks charged me ¥1500 for replacement!!!!! Really? We paid because we lost. Be careful everyone. You have to keep your card key. It cost me a lot!!!!!!
