Good sized rooms with comfortable beds and good water pressure. Received fresh towels and pajamas every day. Hotel provides slippers, pajamas, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Used the coin laundry- automatically dispenses soap, you don't need to buy it. Room was very quiet at night. Location fantastic. Cafe inside had fantastic lattes. Lots of food within walking distance. Fantastic, wonderful, loved it.

Very convenient location close to everything. Even having good maps and seeing it on goggle maps it was still hard to find as the sign outside is very small. The room was Japan size but clean and comfortable.

This my first stay in Kyoto and the hotel is right across the street from Kyoto Station. It is super convenient and a nice hub so you can be almost anywhere through public transportation. Since it is a transportation hub you can also get cabs easily. The hotel has a coffee shop on the first floor which is convenient, but there are a number of food/coffee places nearby. Oh, if worse gets to worse and you can't orient well, you can look for the Kyoto Tower which is right next door. I would definitely stay again. Nice job!

Excellent stay at this property. Our family really loved it. It is in the middle of everything you need to see (next to Kyoto tower, shopping centers, many restaurants, Kyoto station). The room was perfect for our family and had a great front view of Kyoto station.
