Hi, The sheets are washed between each customer. This is always the case, as a designated cleaner goes around to each room according to the check in schedule. In the off chance there was any mistake, it would have been better to say something at the time and simply request a new set of sheets. There are certainly not any bed bugs, and there is not any bed only a futon set which is regularly interchanged. There is not much we can do about the spider as other guests can open the windows and doors and there are the usual ventilation ducts and so on the same as for any other building. COTO Kyoto
