"The location is a bit far from the station, yes, it's only about 15 minutes of walking but dragging your luggage on the uneven road can be a bit annoying. It's close to the track so it gets a bit loud non-stop. Lite sleeper beware. Staff can be unfriendly. The bathroom could use extra cleaning. "

"There is a front desk but it is unmanned. Check-in and check-out is done via a tablet and a magnet board respectively. They offer refreshing small health drinks in the entryway which was very nice! The rooms are clean, fully stocked with amenities and offer a sense of luxury for brief or extended stays. If you are unaccustomed to the size of typical Japanese hotel rooms, it is bit small but offered just enough room for 2 with a full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The location is in a neighborhood that includes regular local businesses, schools and a brief 10 minute walk from the nearest station. Overall, a pleasant and recommended stay for anyone looking for a quiet, clean environment. "

"Free canned alcohol drinks in the room fridge. The shower, sink and toilet is separate and very spacious. There are nuts, hot/iced coffee, beer, cold water, and microwave in the lobby free to use. Luggage to be held at hotel before checkin and check out is ¥550 per item. Early checkin is ¥700. The hotel is very strict to the check in time. Many customers were sitting at the lobby waiting for the 1600 check in time."

"Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. We read that there were complimentary drinks, but did not find any. All in all a very nice 4 day stay. We would recommend this hotel for price, location and a well stocked room."

"The staff are very friendly. The building and rooms are fairly new. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far they have the most space in rooms. Also, grab the breakfast buffet worth the money. I wish I’ve stayed longer here. I will definitely stay again. "
