"The gentleman that checked us in was pleasant and gave us our room in an appropriate time. The other staff after him were not friendly and welcoming. The room had a terrible smell which was surprising as walking into the lobby smelled amazing. The bathroom smelled so bad we literally could not breathe in there or use it. We told staff and they said they would send someone to check. It smelled slightly better upon our return but it was still bad. The room itself did not appeared well cleaned as it had lots of dirt stains. The bathroom was gross and we barely wanted to use it. It felt like we were placed in one of the worst unkept room as we were only there for a night. I was very dissatisfied with the hotel as it did not look anything like the pictures that I saw online. The lobby area was well kept but the room was very bad. We were also told that we could have the snacks and stuff in the room for free but was later charged for it. It was nice of them to keep our bags until it was time to go to the airport and providing the free shuttle. The distance to the airport was great. The overall location of the hotel was very far from the city and I did not enjoy that at all."

"On site restaurant was excellent, tried a few different dishes and service was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport. Restaurants, bars and 7eleven with in a small walk. Overall perfect place to stay before or after after a flight."

"One of the better options within close proximity to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Definitely expensive for the area and what you are getting, mainly paying for convenience. Pool was (half) under construction. "

"Super friendly staff, clean and adorable rooms, property was so cute, AC worked great, hot water was lovely, bed was comfy. The restaurant on site was delicious as well. Would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up from me!!"
