Very close to USJ & the citywalk area. Clean rooms, staffs were friendly and helpful during check-in/out. Amenities were good - beside the usual bathroom amenities, water dispenser, microwave on every floor, coin laundry, currency exchange machine. The daily free simple cafe beverages were good too.

Great clean hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Super convenient however the room is so small for a family of four. We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

I accidentally booked the wrong kind of room, but the staff there was quick to fix my mistake and put us in a room that could accommodate 2 people. The lobby is huge, which is nice because there were so many people coming in/out. They give you a locker to put your shoes in, as you cannot wear shoes ...
