Good space for family of five. Location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a 7/11 right on next corner (< 2 min walk) for snacks and drinks. Would recommend.

The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator to your room. Lots of families with kids stay at this hotel.

My room was great. Spacious and comfy bed. This hotel was in a great location. Wonderloop bus stop right out the door and the Dotonbori a few minutes walk away.

This was our favorite hotel on our 10 day trip to Japan. The onsen was amazing, the massage chairs hit the spot when available, and we enjoyed the free coffee / ice cream / ramen daily. We did not add breakfast. The check in area can get hectic, but they had plenty of staff and things moved along ...
