"Miyako Hotel has an excellent location. It is minutes away from JR Hakata station, which is a major transport hub with shops and restaurants. The room was surprisingly large. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of Japanese and Western food choice. I would definitely return."

"There is no AC in the room at this time of the year, only heater. The weather is not cold enough to turn on the heater, therefore, the room is a bit too warm."

"The room was poorly set up. Lots of dead space above the ground that could have been for storage but wasn't used. Bathroom was dated and creaky whenever you walked in. There was an iPad that took up space where luggage could have been. Bins took up so much space next to the TV. Bed was uncomfy. And the images were deceiving of the size of the room. Not going to that hotel again. "
