Worst hotel trip ever! No towels in room for 20 hours despite several requests. Wet towels given for sunbeds. Room not clean. Had to wait over 1 hour for enough beds despite not arriving until 9pm when book in time was from 2pm. Food very poor. Staff standing around in dining room but lots of tables not cleared or ready for next diners. Staff not managed well and allowed to provide very poor service. Good points: Hamam excellent animation team good, pool attendant worked hard to try to keep pool area clean.
Good option for a family getaway. Good facilities. Reasonable pricing.
Apparently the hotel is under a new management. More efforts need to be put quickly by the management.
Personnel helpful, however not experienced in hospitality industry. Training Is required.
For instance, to achieve a better look and cleanliness in the restaurant area, changing the table clothes regularly should not be so difficult.
Spa/Hammam/massage facilities are organized well.

El hotel muy bien cocervado
Lástima la deficiencia en la limpieza de las habitaciones. Por lo demás buena atención en especial de Eros excelente anfitrión. Muy atento y dispuesto a resolver todas las inquietudes del pasajero.
