Villa was beautiful, private and well designed. My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks.

The hotel is about an hour drive from Izmir airport, situated in a peaceful location. The sheltered villa we stayed in are private and perfect for privacy if you wear hijab. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind.

environment is good and peaceful with lots of ducks,peacocks..etc. maybe still low season (April) not many people and the shops were closed. The indoor pool was good. We stayed 4D3N, we had the same breakfast every morning which were quite boring. Lots of ducks and Poo in the pool.

This was a beautiful property with 5-star amenities but unfortunately the front desk and general manager need better customer service skills/training. They are striving to be a top tier resort but management needs to be more customer service focussed. They charged me extra for an error which was caused by the hotel. This was very upsetting. We have stayed at numerous 5-star resorts around the world and this type of situation would have never occurred. I will not return or recommend this property to others. Since it was their error they should not have charged me the additional amount.

Haziran sonunda tanıştığımız Batıhan Vadi Otel’e doyamadığımız için tekrar geldik. İmkanlar el verdiği sürece tatil rotamızda ilk sırada yer alacak bir adres oldu. Villa otel konsepti, size özel havuz imkânı ve alakart restoranda yemeklerin yanında aldığımız ilgi, alaka ve güler yüz ruhumuzu doyurmaya devam ediyor. Bunların yanı sıra otelin doğa içinde konumlanmış olması, çeşitli hayvanları, meyve ağaçları, geniş bahçesi, kids club’ı ve ortak etkinlik alanlarıyla hem çocuklar hem de yetişkinler için keyifli bir ortam sunuyor. Çocuğunuz oynarken siz de huzur içinde kahvenizi yudumlayabiliyorsunuz. Villa tipi odada konakladık. Girdikten 2 saat sonra sular kesildi ve kesinti genel bir kesinti değildi. 1 saat sonra düzelttik dediler fakat bir süre sonra yine sular kesildi. Bu sebepten akşam saatlerinde odamızı değiştirdik fakat 1 saat sonra burada da sular kesildi. Şikayet ettikten 5 dk sonra sorun çözüldü. Su ile mücadele içinde bir konaklama oldu. Ayrıca odadaki bornoz içerisinden böcek çıktı. Havuz başındaki duşun başlığı yoktu. Genel havuzda ise akşam saatlerinde ördeklerin sürü olarak yüzüğünü gördük. Kısacası bu tesis hijyen konularında tamamen sınıfta kaldı. Daha önce defalarca konakladığımız bu tesiste bir daha konaklamayı düşünmüyoruz.

Biz çok incelemeden puanlara bakıp gelmiştik. Konsept tam bekarlara uygun değil aslında. Daha çok evli ve çocuklu ailere hitap ediyor. Yatırımcı masraftan kaçınmamış. Her şeyin en iyisini kullanmaya çalışmış. Ben mimarisini çok beğenmesem de, asla kötü diyemem. Odalar lüks ve ferah. Havuzlar güzel. Keyifli mekanları var. Ördekler, tavus kuşları, deve kuşları (emolar), ceylanlar hoş bir ortam yaratmış. Müşteriler Buggy dedikleri golf cart arabalarla istediğiniz yere götürüyorlar. Muhafazakar aileler için birbirinden izole villalar var. Spor salonu muhteşem, tamamı Technogym marka. SPA ve reformer pilates kısımlarında tatsız bir koku vardı. Personel iyi niyetli ama deneyimli olnadıkları belli. Çok şey yapmaya çalışan bir otel ama henüz kadrosu ve vizyonu yeterli değil. Yine de 4'ten aşağı not vermek haksızlık olur.
