Amazing location and such a comfortable hotel!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Rosy Suites Hotel. The staff, especially Amine at the reception, was very helpful. She recommended a Turkish Bath experience, which was way cheaper than in Istanbul (or other larger cities), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect. With the parking lot behind the hotel, the hotel faces the Aegean Sea, but not on the main street. So they had a reasonably-priced eatery next to the hotel, and other shops were cheaper than the main drag. From our balcony, we could hear the sound of the ocean, passing-by people, and the very entertaining seller at the shoe shop at the front. The room was spacious with a nice lounge chair, and the air-con worked well. The swimming pool on the rooftop was small but had a very great view. I went there in the morning, and it was a great way to start the day. The only downside was that we stayed just two nights. Next time, we could stay longer!

The lady operatinf the hotel is awesome!! We had a minor problem and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. It is very close to the veach and veach shops. If you are cinsidering the area for a hikiday you wont go wring with Rosy. ISON (SPELLING) IS AWESOME AND HOTEL IS GREAT. JUNE 2024

We are a wife husband guest with our little cat stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel. We stayed 3 nights in a sea view room and 2 nights in garden view room, both rooms were very clean which is the most important thing for us. There is a small kitchen equiped with necessary items ie minibar fridge, kettle, stove with 2 hot plate electric eyes, glasses, plates, pans, forks, spoons .. ets so we could prepare our food. Ideal location, two steps to the beach, market and restaurants. Pet friendly hotel. car parking available. Friendly staff always smile and help. We really enjoied our stay in Rosy and we strongly recommend it to travelers who look for clean pet friendly with reasonable price hotel.

Do not raise expectation. It is not bad not perfec

Cleaning was perfect. Breakfast wasn't good enough. If you want to book this hotel just because it has breakfast option then don't raise your expectations.not only portion wasn't enough, it was repetitive. Pool was small, we didn't use it. Breakfast was bad we just used 2 times during 4 nights. There were 2 good sides of staying at hotel. Location (because it was close to the beach) and cleaning (it was really good) Negativity of hotel, It was written that they charge extra for AC. It was like paying 70 euros per night wasn't enough. For your stay, They only provide one roll of toilet paper. Good side of it, There is mini kitchen that you can cook your food. It is better to eat outside. Quality of food in restaurants are not nice and so expensive for the food they serve. These are several things that we had experienced in there. I hope this will be helpful for the ones that are looking for a hotel in Kusadasi

El personal no hace caso a los clientes.avise 9.00h que no tenía luz en dormitorio y volví a las dos y seguía sin luz.dijeron de nuevo que llamarían al técnico,les dije que por favor no antes de las 16.00 porque necesitaba dormir.A la media hora llego el técnico y me despertó.la sensación es de "me da igual lo que me digas ,pongo sonrisa y ya está".claro,me despertaron y con un ,lo siento y sonrisa para ellos lo arreglaron ,pero a mí me fastidiaron la siesta Mal Por otro lado ,muchas voces de clientes a cualquier hora y de los propios empleados.

Check-in saati 14.00 olmasına rağmen 11.30da geldiğimizde resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bizi odaya kabul etti bunun için teşekkürler. Daha sonrasında bize odayı göstermek için laubali bir tavırla "En ucuz odayı kiralamışsınız, 1000 lira daha verin yukarı güneş gören bir odaya alalım sizi." gibi bir üslupla karşılaştık. Odaya sadece uyumak için geleceğimizi, gerek olmadığını söylememe rağmen ısrarlarına devam etti. Mayomuzu ve kimonomuzu giyip havuza çıkmak için asansör beklerken aynı hanımefendinin garip bakışlarına maruz kaldık. Resepsiyondaki diğer çalışanlar oldukça kibardı. Odaya girdiğimizde oda hem gün ışığı almıyordu hem de dalga geçer gibi loş bir sarı ışık koyulmuştu, düzgün bir aydınlatma seçilebilirdi. Odanın temizliğinden hiç memnun kalmadık, tezgâh bölümüne koyulan kaşık çatalın üzerinde yemek kalıntıları vardı, havlular ve çarşaflar garip kokuyordu, taharet musluğu bozuktu. Yaklaşık 12 saat kadar havalandırmamıza rağmen oda ağır rutubet kokuyordu. Aynı şekilde kıyafet dolabı da rutubet kokuyordu ve banyodan gider kokusu geliyordu. Otelin havuzundan memnun kaldık. Biraz küçüktü. Barda çalışan beyefendi çok nazikti. 2. günümüzde housekeeping istediğimizde odaya girip sadece çöpü alıp ve yerinden çıkan taharet musluğunu yerine takıp gitmişlerdi. Yerler süpürülüp klozetin ve lavabonun temizlenmesini beklerdim. Aynı şekilde tezgahın üzerine bıraktığımız 2 tabak 2 bardak bulaşık da yıkanmamıştı. Şayet sünger deterjan olsaydı kendimiz de yıkardık. Bir daha tercih etmem.

3 kız arkadaş olarak 2 gece kaldık. Plaja ÇOK yakındı. Biz bahçe manzaralı odayı tercih ettik. Deniz manzarası güneşliydi bizce. Bahçe tarafında ağaçlar vardı. 2-3 adım yakınlarda üç harfli marketlerden çok fazla vardı. Bürün eksiklerimizi hızlıca hallettik. Plaj kenarında yemek yerleri de yaygındı. Arka sokaktan otogar ve merkez yönüne, dönüşte ise tam önünden 5 numaralı dolmuş geçiyor. Temizlik gayet yeterliydi. Mutfağı yeterliydi. 1 tava, 1 tencere, 4 tabak, 8 bardak, yeterince çatal kaşık vardı. İşletme sahibi bunlar dışında istediğimiz malzeme olursa sağlayabileceğini söyledi. Biz memnun kaldık, bütçemiz yeterli olsaydı daha büyük odalardan tercih edebilmek isterdik :)
