The staff including front desk and especially housekeeping were so kind and attentive. Only thing I did not like about this hotel was the requirement that I go get any amenities myself from the lobby including laundry soap. Also, a bottle of water left in the room would have been appreciated after a long train ride and walk to the hotel

Very good room. Modern and functional, small but didn't feel cramped. The hotel even had a sento (traditional public bath), which was nice. The hotel is located close to many of Kurashiki's attractions, but is ~15 minute walk from Kurashiki station which was slightly inconvenient with luggage, but not a major issue. Had a bizzare interaction with one particular staff member during check-in who was extremely rude and condescending for seemingly no reason. Did not encounter him again during my short stay and ultimately had no effect and I ended up having a wonderful stay regardless. It was just a very strange experience...

Location: just 7 min walk from the station, close to the historical district and main points of interest, surrounded by multiple restaurants and shops, very convenient location. Cleanliness: Outstanding, very clean room Room: Spacious and has a nice color palette and atmosphere Quietness: Staff kindly responded to our requests to provide us with the quiet room, we had a good rest. Staff: Very helpful and kind, provided us with all items we requested. Breakfast: I wish they had more options for vegans, but the cook could offer me some oil and salt instead of the salad dressings that had animal-derived products, so I could enjoy my meal.

The parking system is very confusing. You need to pay n book a parking space. If you are going out, you have to put a cone to block the lot. Anyone can just remove the come n parked which happen to us. Someone parked at our place while we were out. When we came back the carpark was full.

最低限の手すりの設備が欲しがったです。

事前に車椅子利用者がいると連絡していました。部屋のお風呂にもトイレにも全く手すりがなく、車いるの家族は入浴できませんでした。

初めて利用しましたが駅から徒歩圏内で、倉敷美観地区にも近くて便利でした。 お昼過ぎに到着し先に手続きと荷物を預かって頂き、15時以降には説明とルームキーを受け取りスムーズに部屋に行く事が出来ました。 部屋の浴室を利用したので私は利用していませんが大浴場もあります。 wifiも利用出来、タブレットを持参していたので助かりました。 ちょっと残念なのは朝食を利用しましたが、種類が少なめだったのと、ちょうどすぐ後に学生の団体が来たので席が足りないかもと、急いで少なめにしてしまいました。 お部屋はコンセントがあちこちにあり助かりました。
