"hotel is amazingly located in the main shopping street of kumamoto making kombinis, shops, food options and transport links at an abundance!! the hotel is extremely organised and clean, check in was smooth with the kindest staff always willing to help. the room is small and i struggled to open a large suitcase however it has everything you need. there are free drinks available in the lobby daily from 2-10pm, the breakfast buffet is the best i’ve ever experienced - so clean, yummy and always well...
