the hotel in overall is good but it is only suitable for couples, not a family. The room is too narrow and doesn't include any facilities for babies.

ネット予約のホテルの外観の写真があまり良いイメージでは無いように感じましたが、立地が良かったので予約しましたが… スタッフの方の対応もとても良く、お部屋も清潔な感じでした。外観もイメージとは違ってました。無料のコーヒーやシャンプーバー、カイロなどサービスも良かったです。カイロは翌日の娘の受験会場で使わせて頂きました。 又機会があれば利用させて頂きたいと思います。

満足だった点 スタッフの皆さんが丁寧で親切でした。公共機関の案内や食事の案内等細かいところまで気遣いをしていただき快適に過ごせました。 残念だった点 コンセントが使用できず空気清浄機がすぐに使えませんでした。チェックイン時に教えていただければ助かりました。 机用の椅子が固く長時間のパソコン作業が行えませんでした。仕事もしますので適した椅子をご用意いただけると良かったと思います。 オットマンがあると助かりました。足が伸ばせず窮屈な思いをしました。

とても良い環境です

JR水前寺駅、新水前寺駅や市電の新水前寺から歩いてすぐで交通至便。また、周りに24時間スーパーやコンビニもあり問題ない環境でした。また、朝食も満足でした。目玉焼きとウインナーが自分で焼けるのが良かったです。

何回か泊まらせてもらっています。 スタッフの対応は良いし、清潔感もあります。 小さい子供2人と大人2人で泊まりましたがタオルが2枚しかなかったり（前回は多めに置いてありました）その辺りのサービスが前の方が良かったと思います。 今回はシングル２つの部屋でしたがスタッフの方や清掃の方の気遣いで繋げていただいたりと親切でした。 日曜日の朝食はパンの日のようでホテルで焼いているパンがいただけましたが、とっても美味しくて家族に好評でした。 こちらから要望を言えばスタッフの方々が対応してくださるので、また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

全て快適。フロント案内もスムーズ。部屋入口で靴を脱いで上がるのは衛生的だし、バスルームもわずかにクレゾール臭がし、徹底されている。 改善して欲しいのは、部屋の鍵が昔タイプの差し込んで回す物や、地下駐車場の短い急な坂が出入りしにくい。ビジネスお一人様が多いのに、朝バイキングは2〜4人用席がメインで、通路が狭く相席もやりにくい。一度座ると狭くて席を立てない。 しかし、従業員さんが一生懸命な姿勢で嫌な気にはならなかった。
