The property itself is amazing and has everything you could possibly need with lovely clean rooms and super spacious. Having said that this was managed by a pretty useless company. I wasn't given a code to open the safe to get the key to the apartment so check in took forever. The link to pay the tax did not work and without that I was unable to access other information like WiFi (I had to then contact the management company separately but they were still unable to provide a link to pay). When I had left and put everything away (and had flown to Penang) I was still contacted by the company, by phone call, who stated that I hadn't returned the keys and asking where they were. Lovely place but shockingly bad management services which is a big shame

The mews is a new building. And it is located commercial area, they dont have 7-11 close-by, you have to buy everything before back. Overall, the house size is large and comfortable.

I travel a lot as a pilot, and this is by far one of the best apartment my family and I stayed at!..... it’s definitely a 5 star..... perfect location, secure all the way around, apartment conditions were like new, super clean!... family friendly....very happy to have stayed here!... would most definitely recommend it!....

Checking in was a pain as I didn’t receive the check in manual by email, reception couldn’t help and I had to call the office in London and then the Booking Office in KL who couldn’t find my booking reference for 5 minutes. Otherwise the accommodation was very good.

Résidence très propre et soignée. Dans un environnement sûr et très calme malgré la proximité avec le centre ville, les tours petronas se situe à seulement 900m. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire (Wifi, TV, électroménager, fer à repasser, etc...)
