The hotel was good for the price I paid. The room was very large and clean. We were lucky enough to have a partial view of the Petronas Towers which I was happy about. However, the room did have some moderate wear and tear. The walls really needed to be painted and the bathroom had a leaky roof which the hotel did address. Despite this I was was still a good stay.

チェックインして部屋に入ったら、別の人の荷物が置いてあった。同じ部屋に別のゲストを通したのです。ホテル側の言い分は何度も変わったので信用できないです。フロントの男性の対応は非常に悪く、見下した態度で、謝罪もなくホテル側になんの落ち度もないと言い張りました。 部屋がどうかという以前に、スタッフの態度、対応が非常に悪く、言い分が何度も変わるので信用もないです。

in addition to the original payment, they asked extra RM10 for travel tax during check-in. this should have been noticed during booking. Also to go to your room, you'll need to pass a long corridor in a shopping mall! reception and the entrance to the hotel room are far.

My 2nd stay. I got discount from expedia. Reasonablw price. However the hotel management can call pest control to overcome small cockroach in bathroom. I found 2-3 of it. So far, everything was ok for me.

Hotel is within walking distance for shopping

It takes max 15 minutes to the furthest shopping mall. Hotel is in the city centre, surrounded by street food & restaurants. Despite with weak room wifi, the hotel charges is within our means. We’ll be back.

Check in was a disappointment and I thought the staff who handled my checkin was unhelpful. I have stayed at this hotel before and the service and staff were much better. WiFi was almost non existent in my room and the hotel did nothing to remedy this disputes me lodging a complaint several times. Other hotel guess were very noisy and inconsiderate. Overall I was disappointed in my experience/stay.

Not a good choice

Cons: The hotel is in the congested area, and the WAZE will bring you to the wrong direction due to the complex road. It is very noise at mid night, and suspected the immoral activities and public disturbance with a motorcycle racing. I coudn't get a good sleep. The check-in time was disturbing and slow. I came over around 2:30pm, and more than 7 person waiting for check-in with their friends and families at the small lobby. I only manage check-in at 3:30pm. No fridge. Pros: The hotel parking is free at the level 4. The bed is comfortable. The shower and toilet is in good condition and good water pressure.
