Firstly disappointed no lobby lift.... Secondly no bell boy service to carry luggage Thirdly no proper requirements to provide facility....i. e. Like ironing board / TV control / sleeping blanket & no further information highlights before booking giving us ..... Very poor ! If older age people or sick or heart patients how to go up floor level # L1 to upper level . I here very very dissatisfied on this hotel booking. Pls consider our feedback are no happy !
