Richmond Kiara 3BR Apt

Overall a comfortable night stay. We got upgraded to a 3BR apt. The apt was clean and very spacious. Mattress was quite hard and the linens were quite rough but we were tired so falling asleep wasn’t hard. A bit surprised that the deposit was RM300 when it said to be RM100 on our Hotels.com booking confirmation. Location wise a little dodgy but there’s good security who checked us before we could pass the gantry. Apt owner is friendly, punctual and a great fella.

Place was good... service by the manager was pleasant n very accomodating. Only location to walkable distance marts not there... however if u stock up early... no issues.

2週間の出張で利用しました。　フロントがないのでチェックイン、チェックアウトやリクエストはすべて電話でした。　英語力とローカルスマホが必要です。　スタッフのサービス心は悪くありません。　またトイレの匂いがこのランクのコンドにしてはよかったので、おススメです。

쾌적하고 넓고 편안한 숙박

체크인 시 미리 유선으로 연락하여 열쇠를 받아야 합니다. 방3개에 거실 주방이 굉장히 넓고 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 간단한 조리취사 가능하며 세탁기와 건조기도 잘 사용하였습니다. 수영장은 비슷한 수준의 레지던스에 비해 약간 부족해 보이지만 수질은 괜찮습니다. 유일한 단점은 몽키아라 외곽이라 주변이 낙후되어 있으며 이동 시 택시(그랩 외)등 을 불러서 이동하여야 합니다.

The pictures are just an eye wash.Dont choose this place believing what is shown. Pro's : Basic necessities were there Spacious apartment Was a new apartment so the things were in good condition Cons Dirty; the cleanliness was not up to mark Smelly bathrooms An over all ok place but with this money i will rate it low.

クアラルンプール中心街から少し離れた場所にありますが、タクシー料金がとっても安いので問題ありません。 リッチなタワーマンションという感じです。 オーナーも色々と手伝ってくれるので助かりました。

1人には広すぎました。　これは先方の問題ではありません。　コンドミニアムタイプでしたから、個人ならもっと街中のホテルタイプが良かったです。　値段は安かったので、その点は割り引いて評価しなければいけませんが、少し掃除や備品が 宜しくなかったです。　　従業員は普通でした。

We used maps and found the apartment easily, had hassle free check in too. Apartment in clean and very good condition. We found some nice local food nearby, about 10 mins drive. Did not have time to explore further as we had to leave very early the next morning. Overall we are happy with our stay and is considering to stay there again for our trip at end Nov.
