Very lousy and dirty hotel.

The hotel condition really terrible. Very dirty. I stay 2 days there ... no room service and cleaning. Service really poor! The room picture at hotel.com is different with actual. Feel like get cheating ! The receptionist attitude is very bad and no manner. Very bad and angry experience stay over there. Hope management of hotel.com can check the hotel condition before publish at website.

Good place to stay if solo. Rooms so so

The Room was small compare to other places I have stayed. Reception staff was friendly. Area was good. Lots of shops. Bathroom and toilet was old and shower head was not workign good. There was no hand towels either.

Disappointed

Was listed as a 3 star hotel on Expedia.ca site, however disappointed upon arrival. Many details not attended to, ie plumbing pipes projecting from wall, etc. Attending to details could elevate rating, however the will does not appear to be there.

安かろう悪かろうの良い例

値段が安いので、部屋のクオリティなどに文句は言えないが、安かろう悪かろうの良い例。 枕、ベッドが臭い。 枕はおじさんの脂の臭いがして使う気にならず、ベッドのシーツはきれいに見えるが、においがカビ臭い。 テレビは壊れてて見えない。 ロケーションは最高。 飲み食い遊び、全てに便利 ただ寝るだけだから、ボロでも古くても良いと思いこのホテルに決めたが、その寝ることすら臭くて出来ないのは辛い。 貧乏旅で使うならもっと安い宿は他に沢山ある。

One of my worst experiences

1) Door lock didn't work. Tried a few times, eventually moved to another room. 2) Left in morning. When I returned to new room at night, it still wasn't made up. 3) The lights didn't work. 4) No toilet roll. 5) They went next door to get toilet roll as they had run out in hotel! 6) Call girls knocked at 12:30 and 1:30 am asking if I needed their services! 7) I left hotel but did not get either receipt or refund as I had booked online. 8) Breakfast only available after 9:00 am 9) No breakfast space. People huddle around sofa in reception and open KFC packets brought in by hotel staff. 10) Laundry was promised after two hours. Got it two days later.

根本就是一家骗子酒店，完全显示是黑店。

除了地点好以外，其他的就只有一个（烂）字形容完全被骗，网络上的房间照片根本就是骗人，来到给我的完全就不是网络照片的任何一间房间，给我住的简直就是时钟酒店，在这住4晚简直会发疯。

This hotel is very difficult to find because actual hotel name is golden~~(I forgot),not OYO. if you are experienced backpackers,it may be fine, but many stain on sheets, dust on the floor, insect on the wall,,,,, anyway far away from picture. Location is very nice.

Great experience in an excellent hotel

Well trained staffs, friendly and make us felt welcoming when we stayed there. This hotel is conveniently located in a shopping street, whereby lots of lots things to do, visit, dine, shop and make sure you pay a visit to local food centre for some local street food quality. The hotel was hygienic and reasonable price.

Good place to stay and value for money

Great location main Bukit bintang street near KFC, nearby many mall and Cinemax , 2 min walk train station , 2 min walk famous food street Jalan alor, room are good n clean , comfortable bed , 32 inch flat screen , sure I ll stay in again

so dissapointed and they really make me cry and this is my 1st and last stay there . with a dirty bedsheet . smelly toilet . a hard mattress that i could feel the spring . really make my body pain ! change ur picture .stop lying people .there no room such in that picture .
